Each month, we explore themes aligned with the Full Moon's energy, like self-love, releasing past wounds, or embracing abundance. Through guided sharing, we create a safe space for reflection and connection.

Experience guided meditations, energy healing, sound therapy, and creative expression through art, journaling, and movement. These practices help release blockages and connect with inner wisdom.
